Know what's worth doing. Then get it done.
We help startups and small businesses decide where technology and AI will actually pay for itself, and then we deliver it. No pilots that go nowhere.
35 years delivering IT solutions. Over 100 projects shipped. One person accountable, start to finish.
No pitch deck. I will tell you on the call whether this is worth doing.
WHAT WE DO
Four services. No filler.
Most technology money gets spent on the wrong thing. We start by working out what is actually worth doing, then we build it.
AI Strategy & Fractional CAIO
If you know technology should be doing more for you but not what, this is where to begin. We run discovery, score the options against your real constraints, and give you a roadmap you can actually build.
Every roadmap includes a section on what we recommend you do not build. That section is usually the valuable one.
- Discovery and use-case scoring
- AI auditing of what you already have running
- A phased roadmap with costs and sequencing
- An AI use policy your team can adopt day one
- Fractional Chief AI Officer, ongoing and accountable
Custom Apps & Automation
Web, iOS, Android and desktop. The application your business actually runs on, built by someone who has shipped this kind of thing before.
Plus the automation around it: intake, follow-up, document handling, the support questions you answer forty times a month, and the reporting nobody wants to do. Every assistant we ship knows when to stop and hand off to a person.
- Mobile, desktop and web applications
- Internal tools that replace the spreadsheet everyone emails around
- AI assistants that escalate to a human
- A defined cost ceiling before anything is built
Websites Built to Be Found
A website is not a brochure. It is the thing that has to bring you customers while you are doing your actual job.
We build sites that Google and AI answer engines can read, understand and cite, then keep them visible. Technical SEO and structured data go in at the wireframe stage, not bolted on six months later by whoever you hire next.
- Design and build, or a rebuild of what you have
- Technical SEO and schema markup from day one
- Content mapped to what your buyers actually search
- Tracked monthly: rankings, and whether AI assistants cite you
Honest expectation: search takes three to six months. Anyone promising faster is selling you something else.
AI Training & Enablement
Most companies I talk to already bought the licenses and got almost no adoption. The tools are not the problem.
Hands-on workshops using your real workflows, not a generic demo. Your team leaves having done the work once, with something they will actually use on Monday.
- Half-day and full-day formats
- Built around your workflows, not a slide deck
- Written guidance your team keeps afterward
- The cheapest way to find out what is worth automating
HOW I WORK
Three things you can hold me to
I tell you what not to build
Most small businesses do not need a custom AI model, and I will say so before you spend money on one. The expensive part was never the model. It is the workflow and the data underneath it.
You get a person, not a handoff
You talk to me on the sales call and I am the one doing the work afterward. Nothing goes to a junior you never met.
You will know where you stand
If I do not think the work will pay for itself, I will tell you in week one rather than month four. And every project has a date, a cost, and a definition of done before it starts.
WHO YOU ARE HIRING
Thirty-five years of getting technology across the line
I have spent my career in the unglamorous part of technology: delivery. Making sure the thing that was promised actually ships, works, and survives contact with the people who have to use it. That work took me through the FDIC, Elevance Health, Norfolk State University, Solvern Innovations, Integrated Business Systems and Marathon Consulting.
Most companies I talk to are not short on ideas. They have a pile of half-finished experiments, a stack of tool licenses nobody uses, and nothing in production. That is not a technology problem. It is a delivery problem, and it is the one I have spent 35 years solving.

Tell me what is not working.
Thirty minutes, no deck. I will tell you whether it is worth doing, what I would build, and roughly what it costs. If I do not think it will pay for itself, I will say that too.
