Four services. Start wherever you are.
Most technology money gets spent on the wrong thing. If you already know what you need, start at the service. If you do not, start with a conversation.
AI Strategy & Fractional CAIO
If you know technology should be doing more for you but not what, this is where to begin.
We run discovery across how your business actually works, score the possible use cases against your real constraints — budget, staff, data, appetite for change — and give you a phased roadmap with costs and sequencing.
If you already have AI running, auditing what is actually in use is part of the same work. There is no point planning the next thing before we know what the current thing is doing.
Every roadmap includes a section on what we recommend you do not build. That section is usually the valuable one. It is also the reason the rest of the roadmap is worth believing.
Discovery
How the work actually gets done today, who touches what, and where the time goes. This is interviews and observation, not a survey.
Scoring
Every candidate use case rated on value, feasibility and risk, so the ranking is something you can defend to a board or a bank.
Fractional CAIO
Ongoing, embedded, accountable. For companies that need someone senior making these calls but cannot justify the hire.
Custom Apps & Automation
Web, iOS, Android and desktop. The application your business actually runs on.
Most of what we build falls into three shapes: a customer-facing app, an internal tool that replaces a spreadsheet several people email around, or an automation that handles work nobody should be doing by hand — intake, follow-up, document handling, the support questions you answer forty times a month, and the reporting.
Where AI belongs in that, it goes in. Where it does not, it stays out. Every assistant we ship knows when to stop and hand off to a person, and every project has a cost ceiling agreed before anything is built.
Applications
iOS, Android, desktop and web, built to be maintained by someone other than us if you ever want that.
Internal tools
The spreadsheet everyone emails around, turned into something with permissions, history and a single source of truth.
Automation and assistants
Document handling, intake, follow-up and support, with a defined escalation path to a human.
Websites Built to Be Found
A website is not a brochure. It is the thing that has to bring you customers while you are doing your actual job.
We build sites that Google and AI answer engines can read, understand and cite, then keep them visible. Technical SEO, structured data and clean content architecture go in at the wireframe stage, not bolted on six months later by whoever you hire next.
Built to be crawled
Content lives in the HTML your server sends, not painted in later by JavaScript. That is the difference between an AI assistant quoting you and skipping you.
Built to be understood
Schema.org structured data describing who you are, what you sell, where you are, and which questions you answer.
Built to a standard
Valid markup, WCAG AA accessibility, and Core Web Vitals passing on the day it launches. Verified with tools, not asserted.
Keeping it visible
Search visibility is not a one-time job. Ongoing work covers content mapped to what your buyers actually search, technical upkeep, and monthly tracking of both your rankings and whether AI assistants cite you when someone asks a question you should be the answer to.
AI Training & Enablement
Most companies I talk to already bought the licenses and got almost no adoption. The tools are not the problem.
Hands-on workshops using your real workflows, not a generic demo. We pick the tasks your team actually does, work through them together with the tools you are already paying for, and your team leaves having done the work once — with written guidance they keep.
It is also the cheapest way to find out what is worth automating, because I spend the session watching how the work really happens.
Half-day
One team, one workflow, hands on keyboards.
Full-day
Multiple teams or a broader set of workflows, with a written playbook afterward.
What comes out of it
A short list of what is worth automating next, ranked. No obligation to have us build it.
Questions people actually ask
How long does SEO take to work?
Three to six months before you see meaningful movement, and longer in competitive categories. Technical fixes can show up faster than that. Content and authority cannot. Anyone promising you page one in thirty days is either doing something that will get you penalised or selling you a report that measures nothing.
Do I need a custom AI model for my business?
Almost certainly not. The model is the cheap part now. The expensive part is your data, your workflow, and the exceptions your team handles by hand and never wrote down. In most small businesses the right answer is a well-designed workflow on top of an existing model, not a model of your own.
Do you build mobile apps, or only web?
Both, plus desktop. iOS, Android, web and desktop applications. The right platform depends on who uses the thing and where they are when they use it, and that is one of the first questions we work through rather than one you need to answer before calling.
Why does it matter whether AI assistants can read my website?
A growing share of buying research now happens inside AI assistants rather than a list of blue links. Those assistants read the HTML your server sends. If your site paints its content in the browser with JavaScript, most of them see an empty page and cannot cite you at all. Fixing that is engineering, not marketing.
Are you really just one person?
Yes. You talk to me on the sales call and I am the one doing the work afterward. Nothing gets handed to a junior you never met. It also means I cannot take everything, so I am honest early about what I think will pay for itself.
What happens after it ships?
You own it outright, including the code and the documentation of why it was built the way it was. If you want us to keep running it, we will. If you want to take it in-house or hand it to someone else, it is built so you can.
Do you do blockchain or crypto development?
No. We will tell you plainly when blockchain is the wrong answer, which is most of the time, and what the cheaper alternative is. If you have a case where it genuinely is the right answer, we will refer you rather than pretend.
What does an engagement cost?
It depends on scope, and I would rather give you a real number than a range that means nothing. On a thirty-minute call I will tell you what I would build, roughly what it costs, and whether I think it will pay for itself. If I do not think it will, I will say so.
Tell me what is not working.
Thirty minutes, no deck. I will tell you whether it is worth doing, what I would build, and roughly what it costs. If I do not think it will pay for itself, I will say that too.
